The Roach

The guiding principle behind the Roach was to create a Wurlitzer style piano from scratch. We didn?t start with recorded samples, just a bunch of digitally generated sine waves which have been compressed, saturated, transmorphed, packed into little containers, thrown out the studio windows, ran over by a quad axle garbage truck, scrapped off the asphalt, poured lovingly back into our D.A.W, then lofi-ed, hifi-ed, compressed, stretched and finally reimagined into something that we can proudly call The Roach. Features: -288 samples at 24bit 48kHz resolution -4 velocity layers of each pitch -Fully integrated Phaser and Delay parameters -Reverb comprised of 288 Stereo samples at 24 bit 48kHz -6 instrument presets to get you started Requirements: This is a Kontakt instrument. You require the FULL VERSION OF KONTAKT 5 in order to use this instrument. As at the 4th of April 2016 this instrument has been updated to concert pitch 440Hz. The original samples were slightly off!
